Sky Lobby is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect personal data, require an account, or track you. Your progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

Data We Collect

By default, Sky Lobby is completely offline and does not collect any personal data. Your puzzle progress, statistics, and settings are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

We do not require you to create an account to use the app, and we do not operate any server-side sync or login feature for Sky Lobby.

Waitlist

If you sign up for the Sky Lobby waitlist, we collect the email address you provide so we can let you know when the app is available. We do not use waitlist emails for any other purpose, do not share them with third parties, and do not use them for marketing beyond launch-related updates.

We will delete the waitlist and all associated email addresses within 12 months of collection, or sooner once the launch communications have been sent. You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time by emailing support@moyalabs.com.

Analytics

To understand how the app and website are used, we use PostHog in a fully anonymous, cookieless configuration. No cookies are set, no persistent identifiers are stored, and the data collected cannot be used to identify you personally.

We do not use cookies, unless functionality strictly requires it. Our analytics are cookieless, and we do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If a cookie is ever required to make a specific feature work, it will be limited to that purpose.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Data Retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained only until the launch communications have been sent, and the waitlist is deleted in full within 12 months of collection. Email correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, and will be deleted within 12 months of the inquiry being resolved. Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregated form and cannot be linked to individual users.

Children

Sky Lobby is suitable for general audiences. Because the app does not collect personal data, no special measures are required for children's data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data through our contact channels, please email us and we will delete it.
